Our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds.

At Upiziva (AllZiva Private Limited), we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you wish to return your UPI hardware module or cancel your initial services, you must do so within 7 days of the delivery or service activation date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Hardware must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
  • Any signs of physical damage or tampering will void the refund eligibility.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

3. Process for Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return or cancellation, please email us at contact@upiziva.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

4. Exceptions

Transaction fees or payment processing deductions incurred by third-party UPI gateways during actual transactions are strictly subject to the respective gateway's policies and are non-refundable by AllZiva Private Limited.
